Trish Woodliff

Trish Woodliff is the Director of Adult Continuing Education at Pathfinder Regional Vocational Technical School District, where she leads workforce development initiatives funded through the Career Technical Initiative (CTI). With over 15 years of leadership experience in adult education and career and technical education, she has secured more than $11 million in grant funding to expand access to high-quality training opportunities across Massachusetts.

Born and raised in North Central Massachusetts, Trish has lived in the region her entire life with her four children and is deeply committed to strengthening the local workforce. Her passion for workforce development began early—her very first job at the age of 14 was through the Summer YouthWorks program. This experience shaped her lifelong dedication to creating opportunities for others. She holds a Massachusetts DESE Vocational Superintendent/Principal License and additional vocational leadership credentials. She earned her MBA in Leadership & Management and is completing graduate certificates in Educational Leadership and Business Human Resources. A strong advocate for expanding career pathways for adult learners, she is committed to building innovative partnerships that connect technical education to workforce needs and economic growth.
