Pablo Suarez

Pablo is a Senior Researcher with the Massachusetts Taxpayers Foundation, where he primarily focuses on the organization’s reports and analysis on workforce, demographics, and state competitiveness. Since joining MTF in 2023, his research portfolio includes a series of primers on the state’s workforce investments through the state budget, the behavioral health workforce, an economic impact report of the state’s Hispanic/Latino population, unemployment insurance reform, and collaborating with other MTF researchers on the Competitiveness Index. Pablo manages the networking program of MTF’s Policy Start Fellowship program and oversees the organization’s external communications. Before joining MTF, Pablo was the Director of Constituent Services for Governor Charlie Baker. Pablo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
