Molly Jacobson

Molly Jacobson is President and CEO of Commonwealth Corporation, Massachusetts’ quasi-public workforce development agency. With her team, she leads efforts to expand access to high-quality training and upskilling opportunities for youth, jobseekers, and incumbent workers across Massachusetts, while helping employers meet their workforce needs and strengthening the state’s economy. Previously, Molly was a Partner in the public sector practice of Boston Consulting Group, where she advised government and nonprofit organizations on strategy, operations, and organizational transformation. She holds a joint MBA and Master of Public Policy from Harvard Business School and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
