Her work spans AI capability building and adoption, work redesign for human-AI collaboration, and helping teams adapt their skills, workflows and ways of working for an AI-enabled future.

With more than 15 years of experience across strategy, operations, talent and transformation, Lauren specializes in helping organizations navigate periods of significant change. Her perspective sits at the intersection of technology and people, with a focus on how AI is reshaping work, leadership, workforce capabilities and organizational effectiveness.
