Head of Immersive Programs
MIT RAISE
Hanna is Head of Immersive Programs at MIT RAISE, where she is a program lead at MIT PATH (Pathways for AI Training and Hiring), a multi-state initiative connecting research universities, community colleges, employers, and government to build industry-aligned AI career pathways. In addition, she also directs MIT SUD Ventures, a National Institute on Drug Abuse-funded program that equips researchers, engineers, clinicians, and business experts to commercialize innovations addressing substance use disorder, and MIT FutureBuilders, an immersive entrepreneurship and leadership program for high school students. Prior to this role, Hanna was a Director at MIT Bootcamps. She also co-founded and served as Chief Operating Officer of Tenacity, an employee-engagement software company backed by Techstars and acquired by Cogito. Her career includes technology consulting with clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies, coaching, and international projects, such as internet access expansion in Indonesia. Hanna holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a master’s degree from the University of Sussex, and a bachelor’s degree in economics and management from Belarus State Economic University.
