Emmanuel Owusu

Emmanuel Owusu is the Founder and Executive Director of African Bridge Network (ABN), a Massachusetts nonprofit helping internationally trained professionals rebuild their careers and connect their skills to the Commonwealth’s workforce needs. He leads ABN’s work to develop career pathways, employer partnerships, and workforce solutions that help skilled immigrants put their education and professional experience back to work.

Emmanuel also leads ABN’s AI for Immigrant Workforce Development initiative, which seeks to ensure that immigrant workers and job seekers are not left behind as AI reshapes the workplace. Through training, partnerships, and research, the initiative is expanding access to practical AI skills and helping immigrant professionals adapt and advance in a changing labor market.
