Chiderah Okoye

Chiderah Okoye is the CEO of Transform Power Systems (TPS), a Boston-based electrical engineering and workforce solutions firm supporting the deployment of clean energy, electrification, and resilient infrastructure projects. TPS works with developers, utilities, municipalities, and other infrastructure owners to provide electrical and power systems engineering across renewable energy, energy storage, EV infrastructure, and grid modernization initiatives.

As an engineering employer operating in a rapidly growing industry, Chiderah’s work has increasingly focused on the talent and capacity required to turn ambitious infrastructure goals into delivered projects. Under her leadership, TPS has expanded its model to include workforce solutions that help employers identify, prepare, and integrate talent into technical roles. In partnership with the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center, TPS operates the TPS Workforce Hub, connecting workforce development more directly to the skills and roles employers need.

An engineer by background, Chiderah began her career at Rockwell Automation and holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Resilient Coders and as an Advisor to NSBE Boston Professionals.
